Ways to Work Together
Kendall offers a variety of services and ways to work together. Please consider them carefully to decide what is best for you.
Yoga Therapy: This is a non-clinical approach blends mind-body wellbeing with movement and a physical yoga practice. Sessions begin with talking and checking in. Clients reflect on their week, sleep, stress levels and areas of physical tension in their body. Kendall then leads a yoga, breathwork and/or meditation practice to address their symptoms and guide the mind-body towards equilibrium. These sessions are great for improving sleep, reducing anxiety symptoms, working through chronic pain or for building body awareness. Sound healing might also be used during these sessions. Sessions are typically virtual and occasionally in person when applicable. Yoga therapy is paid out of pocket and a waiver is signed to distinguish this modality from her work as an MFT.
Talk Therapy: COMING SOON. Work with Kendall at her office. There she is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Her office accepts insurance (details coming soon). This option is best if you are interested in traditional talk therapy, want to use insurance or have questions about assessment and diagnoses of mental health disorders. Sessions are introspective and focused on developing self-awareness and self-empowerment on your journey through life. Sessions can be in office or online. Kendall has an integrative and existential approach to psychotherapy. Some mindfulness techniques may be integrated into sessions on occasion.
Trainings & Workshops: Kendall is available to speak or teach at your next workshop, retreat or training. She has experience working with first responder organizations and corporations to discuss the benefits of yoga therapy and mind-body well-being on the job. She can also teach yoga, breath work, sound baths and nervous system regulation practices in retreat or corporate training settings. Please visit the contact page or group trainings page to reach out to her for more information and to book her for your event.

"It would be difficult to emphasize how profoundly Kendall’s healing power has benefited my husband and I. Kendall is patient with even the most basic and fundamental yogis; I wouldn’t think a more knowledgable, dedicated and thorough instructor is available."
